Trong số nhiều món ăn đặc biệt ở Hà Nội, phở là món nổi tiếng nhất. Đó là một loại súp đặc biệt của Việt Nam. Chúng ta có thể thưởng thức phở vào tất cả các bữa ăn trong ngày, từ bữa sáng đến bữa tối, hay thậm chí cả bữa ăn khuya. Phở có vị rất đặc biệt. Sợi phở được làm từ gạo, được làm từ những loại gạo tốt nhất. Nước dùng cho phở bò được chế biến bằng cách hầm xương bò trong một nồi lón trong thời gian dài. Nước dùng cho một một loại phở khác là phở gà được làm từ xương gà hầm. Thịt gà không xương được thái lát mỏng và được ăn cùng với phở gà ... Rất là ngon! Hãy kể cho tôi nghe về món ăn được yêu thích nơi bạn sống.

Task 4. Look at the pictures of how to cook an omelette
Use the phrases in this box to complete the above instructions.

1. First, beat the eggs together with salt, pepper and cold water.
2. Then heat the oil over high heat in a frying pan.
3. Next, pour the egg mixture into the pan and cook for two minutes.
4. After that, fold the omelette in half.
5. Finally, put the omelette on a plate and serve it with some vegetables.
Task 5. Work in pairs. Practise giving instructions on how to make a dish or drink.
